Paper presentation (physical)- live presentation

Suppose you register as a Paper presenter (physical) at the conference. The following things are included in your registration fee:

Notes
  • Please take note that each fee category covers one participant only. All participants (except listeners) are required to submit their full extended abstract to the conference for publication in conference e-proceeding.
  • Conference fee includes e-certificate & publication in e-conference proceeding (with ISBN)
  • An additional fee will be charged to the authors if their paper is selected to be published in an indexed journal
  • Discount will be provided for group registration with 3 or more presenters or listeners As for the groups which consist of more than 10 participants, please do contact us to obtain a higher percentage of discount.

Terms & Conditions

  • All travelling and accommodation expenses will be borned by presenters and participants. Presenters and participants are to arrange for their own accommodation. Presenters and participants are encouraged to stay at the nearby accommodation, where the conference is scheduled or any of the hotels located near the conference venue.
  • Participants are required to upload the “Proof of Payment” evidence in the system. Log in > My Payment > Upload Proof of Payment > Upload & SAVE.
  • The MIC 2024 will protect your personal information. Your personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
  • Refund Policy: The registration fee received to MIC 2024 is not refundable. If you have mistakenly pay more than required registration fee then we will refund within 35 days any extra amount you have paid. Note: Please mention your Paper ID in particulars to trace your payment details. The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.
  • If a participant or presenter is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place. The participant/presenter must inform the conference committee at least 2 weeks before the date of conference of the name of the proposed substitute, provided that payment is received in full. Failure to register after receiving a paper acceptance following the review process will incur an RM360/USD100 review fee.
